These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with iShure. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them, so please take a few minutes to read them.
We have written these terms in plain language. Nothing in them is intended to take away any right that South African law gives you as a consumer.
1. About This Website
This website is operated by iShure, a reseller of Apple products in South Africa. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to iShure.
We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available on it, on condition that you accept the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
2. Using This Website
You are welcome to use this website to browse our products, send us enquiries and place orders. When you do, you agree to:
- give us information that is true, accurate and complete;
- use the website only for lawful purposes;
- not interfere with the website, its security or other people's use of it.
If you are under 18, please use this website and place orders only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Products and Availability
We sell Apple products and accessories. All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund anything you have paid for it.
We may add, change or withdraw products from the website at any time.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT. Delivery is charged separately, as set out in our Shipping & Payment Info.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it; a later price change does not affect an order you have already placed.
If a product has been listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order. If we do, we will tell you and refund in full anything you have paid for it.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in it on these terms. An order is confirmed once we have accepted it and payment has been received in full.
Please check your order details, including the model, colour, storage size and other options you selected, and your delivery address, before you confirm your order.
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there has been an obvious pricing or product error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Payment and Delivery
Payment and delivery are explained in our Shipping & Payment Info, which forms part of these terms.
Products remain at our risk until they have been delivered to you. Once you have accepted delivery, the products are your responsibility.
7. Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel a purchase and return a product are explained in our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Accuracy of Information
We take care to keep product descriptions, specifications, prices and images accurate and up to date. Even so, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current, except where the law says otherwise.
Product images are for illustration, and colours may look slightly different on your screen. Product features and specifications are set by Apple and may change.
9. Trade Marks and Website Content
Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, MacBook, Apple Watch, AirPods and other Apple product names are trade marks of Apple Inc. iShure is a reseller of Apple products.
The text, images and design of this website may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our permission.
10. Links to Other Websites
This website may link to other websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
11. Website Availability
We do our best to keep this website available and working properly, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may suspend or change the website, or any part of it, when we need to.
12. Our Responsibility to You
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot be limited or excluded.
Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
13. Your Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with a product or with our service, please contact us first so that we can try to put things right.
If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may have the right to refer it to a consumer protection body such as the National Consumer Commission.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue to apply.
