A meeting room screen that takes any laptop without a cable, has the camera, microphone and speakers already in it, and runs the meeting software you already use. If you want it, it will also turn your own procedures and manuals into training your staff can sit through.
Load your own documents and it builds the training
Most of what a company needs to teach is already written down: the SOPs, the safety procedure, the product manual, the induction pack. Drop those into the board and the AI will summarise them, answer questions on them, and turn them into a lesson and a quiz you can run in the room.
That is the same AI a school uses to build a lesson from a syllabus. The difference is only what you feed it.
In the meeting itself
Any screen, no cable
Bytello Share takes a laptop or a phone over the network, or through a dongle you press once. Guests included, more than one at a time, and you can drive the laptop from the board rather than walking back to it.
Keep your own meeting software
Zoom, Teams, Google Meet: whichever the company already runs. The board is not tied to one platform, and it will take your own camera, microphone or speakers if you would rather use those.
Camera, microphone and sound built in
A 50MP camera that frames the room and follows whoever is speaking, a noise-cancelling 8-array microphone and two 20W speakers. A hybrid meeting needs nothing on the table.
Two things on screen at once
Split the screen: the call on one side, the document being argued about on the other.
Annotate the live document
Mark up the spreadsheet or the contract on screen without freezing it, then send the marked-up copy on.
Windows when you need it
The optional OPS module makes it a Windows PC. You supply your own Microsoft licence.
Sign in and sign out
Scan a QR code or tap a card for your own accounts and files, and leave nothing behind on a shared screen.
IT can see them all
Bytello DMS enrols every panel, pushes apps and files, switches sources, and reports the one with a fault.
